My meal plans will help you build sustainable healthy habits. I have three packages to choose from based on your health goals. Each package is for one month.

2 main meals (lunch and dinner), snacks and grocery list.

Be A Recipe Rebel

Like to cook, talk about food, try new recipes? Then this is the club for you!

Each week I will send out one new recipe and a couple of tips to try in your kitchen. 

Once a month I will offer up a challenge around the recipes for a fun and interactive way to open up your pallet and embrace new tastes and challenges. 

Go one step further and once a month get together either virtually or in person to talk about the recipes. The bonus is meeting new people who share your passion for cooking!
